2. No Obligation: Engaging with a CFF through My Retirement Professors comes with no obligation. Consumers have the full freedom to decide whether or not to proceed with the services of a CFF introduced through Our platform.

3. No Guarantees: While We take care in vetting CFFs, My Retirement Professors does not guarantee the services provided by any CFF. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the advice, products, or services offered by CFFs. Consumers should conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any services.

4. Liability: My Retirement Professors shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of Our services or from the actions or services provided by any CFF.
